If you are a results-driven leader with a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, we invite you to join us on our journey towards excellence.The Senior Director, Business Operations is responsible for performing the following job duties:Job Accountabilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive organizational growth and success.Analyze market trends and business data to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.Lead strategic initiatives that shape the future of the organization.Operational Management and Improvement: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including resource allocation, workflow optimization, and risk management.Identify opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency gains, implementing solutions to drive operational excellence.Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Real Estate Management: Manage EITs real estate portfolio, including acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition.Ensure optimal utilization of real estate assets to support business objectives and minimize costs.Lead strategic real estate initiatives that drive value and support organizational goals.Leadership and Team Development: Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to the business operations team.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Develop talent and build high-performing teams.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization to align business operations with EIT-wide initiatives and strategic objectives.Build strong relationships and partnerships to drive cross-functional cooperation and synergy.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONPreferred Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Preferred Experience : Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing business operations, preferably in industries such as technology, finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
